C.banner International Holdings Limited ("C.banner" or the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group", stock code: 1028) is a leading international integrated retailer and the leading retailer of mid-to-premium women's formal and casual footwear in China. The Group is engaged in the production and sales of mid-to-premium women's footwear in China with diversified designs. The Group has been listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since September 23, 2011.

The Group manages self-developed brands, namely "C.banner", "EBLAN", "sundance", "MIO", "BADGLEY MISCHKA", and sales “STEVE MADDEN” brand products through a joint venture. C.banner's self-developed brands and licensed brands products are mainly distributed through department stores and independent retail stores in different cities, ranging from first-tier to third-tier cities in China. Furthermore, the Company also acts as an OEM or ODM manufacturer for international shoes companies dealing in export markets. In 2015, as a first step toward implementing its global branding strategy, the Group expanded its operations through the acquisition of Hamleys, one of the world's best known retailers of toys.

"C.banner" is the Group's first self-developed brand launched in 1995. It is one of the leading women's footwear brands in the mid-to-premium segment. In February 2013, the Group acquired trademarks of internationally recognized fashion brands "BADGLEY MISCHKA" and "MARK & JAMES". In December 2016, the Group launched women’s footwear brand "BADGLEY MISCHKA" in China. In May 2017, the Group established a joint venture with Madden Asia Holdings Limited to sale “STEVE MADDEN” brand products in China.

As a leading multi-brand operator, C.banner has an extensive retail network. The Group operates three production facilities in Nanjing, Dongguan and Suining; as well as a R&D center in Foshan. The Group is able to respond quickly because of its sound, vertically integrated business model which facilitates the management of its key operational chains, including design and development, sourcing, manufacturing, marketing, distribution and sales of its products.

In October 2015, the Group acquired the world-renowned toy retailer brands - Hamleys. Hamleys is one of the largest toys retailers in the world. It owns the retail store with the world’s highest sales and Hamleys brand with a brand history of over 250 years. Through the introduction of Hamleys brand, the Group aims to expand its business with a focus on retail premises such as department stores to further implement the global branding strategy. In October 2016, China’s first Hamleys flagship store opened In Nanjing.
